Perovskite structured CsPbX3 (X = Cl, Br, or I) quantum dots (QDs) have attracted considerable interest in the past few years due to their excellent optoelectronic properties. Surface passivation is one of the main pathways to optimize the optoelectrical performance of perovskite QDs, in which the amino group plays an important role for the corresponding interaction between lead and halide. In this work, it is found that ammonia gas could dramatically increase photoluminescence of purified QDs and effectively passivate surface defects of perovskite QDs introduced during purification, which is a reversible process. This phenomenon makes perovskite QDs a kind of ideal candidate for detection of ammonia gas at room temperature. This QD film sensor displays specific recognition behavior toward ammonia gas due to its significant fluorescence enhancement, while depressed luminescence in case of other gases. The sensor, in turn‐on mode, shows a wide detection range from 25 to 350 ppm with a limit of detection as low as 8.85 ppm. Meanwhile, a fast response time of ≈10 s is achieved, and the recovery time is ≈30 s. The fully reversible, high sensitivity and selectivity characteristics make CsPbBr3 QDs ideal active materials for room‐temperature ammonia sensing.  相似文献

Visualization of Hg(II) and MeHg in their native contexts is significant for examining mercury poisoning, while it is challenging because of indistinguishable fluorescent (FL) signals during FL imaging. Herein, visualizations of mercury methylation and dynamic transformations of Hg(II) and MeHg are achieved in living biological systems. Well distinguishable FL responses (blue emission for Hg(II), yellow emission for MeHg) are obtained by a double‐response FL probe (DPAHB) without any interference. As demonstrated by experimental and computational studies, the distinguishable signals are attributed to selective binding with DPAHB and different inhibition of excited‐state proton transfer. Through control tests for live‐dead markers, mercury methylation is demonstrated to be employed in living biological systems. Therefore, the methylation and dynamic transformations of both ions are monitored in zebrafish by imaging, and these results are confirmed by traditional high‐performance liquid chromatography‐based methods. The methylation of Hg(II) to MeHg, dynamic transformations and final accumulations of both species in zebrafish tissues are visualized successfully. This method is also convenient for fast evaluation of detoxification reagents. This is the first visualization of in vivo mercury methylation and dynamic transformation of both species and is effective for studying pathological processes in their native contexts.  相似文献

为提高飞机起落架载荷实测精度,以支柱式起落架结构为研究对象,探讨处理其载荷标定数据的工程方法。首先,对实际受载情况和单向加载工况标定数据的分析,挖掘出三向载荷、缓冲支柱压缩行程与应变码值间的数学关系,将预测的数学关系代入到多向工况的标定数据中,验证了它们的准确性;其次,根据两种标定数据回归方法,提出了对应使用的支柱式起落架载荷-应变标定方程的数学模型;最后,将两种标定方程代回到标定数据中,计算起落架三向载荷,所有反算载荷的误差均在可控范围内,表明标定方程满足精度要求。将标定方程代入实测数据中,实测曲线符合变化规律。该处理方法的应用能有力提高支柱式起落架的起飞-着陆载荷实测和载荷谱编制的准确度。  相似文献

Glyco‐mimicking nanoparticles (glyco‐NPs) with Förster resonance energy transfer (FRET) donor and acceptor groups formed via dynamic covalent bond of benzoboroxole and sugar from two complementary polymers are prepared. The glyco‐NPs are proved to be quite stable under physiological conditions but sensitive to pH. So the glyco‐NPs can be internalized by dendritic cells with integrity and nontoxicity and then dissociate within the acidic organelles. This particle dissociation is directly observed and visualized in vitro, for the first time via the FRET measurements and fluorescent microscopy. This feature makes controlled release of drug or protein by glyco‐NPs possible, i.e., when model antigen Ovalbumin is loaded in the glyco‐NPs, the released Ovalbumin in dendritic cells stimulates T cells more efficiently than the free Ovalbumin itself as a result of the enhanced antigen processing and presentation. Thus, the results enlighten a bright future of the glyco‐NPs in immunotherapy.  相似文献

This paper reviews the literature related to the concept of information quality (IQ) in the context of the online environment to understand how it has been conceptualised in the Information Systems (IS) literature, to identify gaps in the literature, and to make recommendations for future research. This study also extends the Information Processing Model (IPM) and proposes a novel dynamic model of online IQ perceptions and impacts. To understand the online IQ construct, an in-depth review of the literature is conducted. Overall, we reviewed 508 journal articles published between 1995 and 2016. This study found that there is a substantial gap in the IS literature in regards to a full understanding of the online IQ construct and its relation with the IPM. More research is needed to understand the way individuals process and respond to online information. Further, although the importance of context in theory development has been emphasised in the literature, very few empirical articles have explored the impact of contextual factors on the IPM as well as perceived online IQ. The findings provide online vendors with important guidelines that should be considered to motivate individuals to acquire more information from their websites that could lead to more satisfied and loyal users.  相似文献

工程中的岩石具有不同的含水性,研究不同含水率岩石动态力学性质的变化规律,对岩石工程的设计和建设具有很强的指导意义。为研究不同含水率对砂岩动态拉伸强度的影响,利用霍普金森压杆(SHPB)试验装置对不同含水率试样进行了一系列动态巴西劈裂试验,研究了不同含水率砂岩在不同加载率条件下的动态拉伸强度变化规律。试验结果表明:岩石的动态拉伸强度随着加载率的增加而增加,其率相关性与含水率有关,饱和试样的率相关性较强,而干燥岩石的动态强度对加载率的变化不敏感。当加载率较低时,岩石的拉伸强度随着含水率的增加而降低;当加载率较高时,由于水的Stefan效应,水对岩石裂纹产生抗力,阻碍其扩展,导致岩石强度增加,饱和试样的动态拉伸强度出现高于非饱和试样强度的现象。  相似文献
